Fabrizia is the largest villa on the private estate of "Le Domaine du Soleil Couchant", located on the heights of Gustavia. Overlooking the harbor of Gustavia, this villa has a circular pool and Jacuzzi facing sunset.

Fabrizia , surrounded by fountains and Japanese gardens, extends on several levels all connected by stairs and terraces. The large living room is connected by a covered terrace to a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen.
