Gingerbread is a comfortable stand-alone villa nestled amongst 7 split-level villas, built around a central swimming pool and situated on a low sea cliff with steps leading down to the beach. Gingerbread has 3 unique living levels as well as a private rooftop deck. There is a private plunge pool on the same level as the large central swimming pool used by all guests on the Merlin Bay community.

The entrance, living room, dining room and the dining terrace which has sea views are on the main level. Located on the upper level, the master bedroom has a wonderful sitting terrace with views of the Caribbean Sea. Bedroom No 2 is filled with the tropical cool breezes and the aromatic scents of the surrounding gardens. Bedroom No 3 features a beautiful king size bed and there are wonderful sea views.

From the main sun deck, steps lead to the secluded beach directly in front of Merlin Bay where there is a beach and sea for swimming and snorkeling.

Gingerbread is conveniently located just a short drive from Royal Westmoreland and the Sandy Lane Hotel where 5-star golf, tennis and spa facilities are available.
