Two sophisticated "sister" villas, exact mirrors of one another, side-by-side, steps from the ocean, with beachfront access. Large enough for a family reunion or private enough for an intimate get-a-away. There are 4 en-suite bedrooms in each villa. Each villas sleeps 8, for a total of 16 guests between the two villas. You can rent the villas independently of one another.

Located in Pelican Bay, the two homes are right on the ocean with views of St. Martin. There is a path to the beach which has exceptional snorkeling.

As you enter into the villa, past the lush gardens and tranquil fountain, ceiling to floor windows invite jaw-dropping ocean views into every room of the home.

The design of the home is sophisticated and contemporary. Built by an award winning developer in Chicago, the clean-crisp lines are pleasing to the eye. The generous great room surrounds you in glass bringing the water views and lush garden in. It has multiple seating areas, plus a dining room, perfect for entertaining or reading a good book. A European style kitchen is fully equipped with flat-panel, white lacquer cabinets, and cool sea foam countertops with premium appliances.

The media room with a large screen TV, DVD, internet and phone, provides an extra place for games, music and relaxation. It also serves as a room for additional sleeping space.

The second floor of each villa comprises 4 en-suite bedrooms including 2 Master Suites which have the additional luxury of walk-in closets and balconies. All bedrooms look over the ocean, allowing the view to be the best painting in the room.

Outdoors, the terrace runs the full length of the villa. Enjoy the bi-level pools, kiddie pool sunning lounge chairs and jacuzzi spa. Grab your snorkel equipment, the beach is right beside the villa. A covered outdoor dining pavilion off the kitchen has a built-in barbecue grill by Viking for ocean side dining for eight.
