This impeccable and luxurious 3 bedroom villa is located in the World renowned Royal Westmoreland Golf Estate. This Royal Villa comes complete with a house keeper 6 half days per week, and 24 hr property management and security.

The villa includes a well equipped and stylish kitchen and comes complete with TV, cable, stereo and DVD player as well as broadband internet connection, there is also a welcome pack on arrival. As well as a world championship 18 hole golf course, the resort includes a club house with pro-shop, restaurant and bar. There are also several communal pools including the sanctuary which also includes a state of the art fitness centre. Tennis courts are also available.

As a privileged guest of Royal Palm you will also be allowed access to the Mullins Bay Beach Club where there is a second gym as well as a beauty spa / salon and beach bar with restaurant - beach chairs are also available for the guests or members of the club. For the active and younger visitors water sports are also available on this spectacular beach.
