Villa Iguanas is a very beautiful modern villa with seaviews, close to the private Caleton Beach and the famous Punta Espada Golf Club.

The downstairs living area has air conditioning, a guest bathroom, a flat screen TV, and 2 games tables. A large terrace looks out onto the sea and has a table with seating for 12 which is ideal for formal dining and 2 smaller tables with seating for 6 each for less formal dining. There is also a lounge area, and a loft with a ping pong table.

The kitchen opens to the terrace and has all modern stainless steel appliances, including a microwave, a coffee maker, a blender and a waffle maker.

The 5 bedrooms have air conditioning, beautiful en-suite bathrooms and walk-in closets. The master bedroom has a 4 poster king size bed and an outdoor heated Jacuzzi.
