This spectacular very large 2 story contemporary villa offers fantastic golf views and is in close proximity of the marina. The villa has beautiful water features and wonderful bright colors accenting the rooms with splashes of color where needed. The main living area offers a large and open living space giving Villa Meridian a true sense of grandeur.

With its beautiful decorated formal dining room, the villa offers cool areas throughout with its central air conditioning. Professionally equipped kitchen with Viking appliances and granite counter-tops, it is a true gem in Casa de Campo.

For entertaining a group you will find a very attractive media room/study with pool table, wine cellar, and flat screen TV.

The villas large pool has a convenient swim up bar and Jacuzzi. The outdoor seating is well-favored with both covered and sunny terrace sitting corners, and an attractive gazebo for outside entertainment.

The first floor consists of the main master suite with king bed, and 2 additional rooms each with 2 full sized beds. All have en-suite bathrooms with outside showers; the main master has a stunning outside private Jacuzzi. On the second floor there is the second master with king bed, and 2 other additional rooms with 2 full sized beds each. A fantastic layout for two families!
